1. Violation of the Fair Trade Law by multi-level sales enterprise Herbalife Taiwan, Inc.
2. A violation of the Fair Trade Law by multi-level sales enterprise Chutel Unite Telcom. Co., Ltd
3. Hsin Men International Company’s Friendly Society ( i.e., “Chiu Yu Friendly Society”) engaged in multi-level sales against the requirements of the Fair Trade Law
4. Summit Telecommunication Co., Ltd. deducted breach penalty for bank and value of gifts from the payment returned to the participant when the participant terminated the contracts and returned the goods, the participant was requested to pay the telecommunication service provider the breach penalty of terminating the rental; Summit Telecommunication Co., did not report to the Fair Trade Commission prior to the change of sales and service items and other business places; the participation contract did not include the terms of withdrawal and the relevant rights and obligations as required by the law
5. A complaint filed against Shen Huang Company and Dog Young Technology Inc. for engaging in multi-level sales and violated the Fair Trade Law
6. Kang Mei Daily Necessities Co., Ltd. engaged in multi-level sales and violated the Fair Trade Law
