§ 78kk. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the functions, powers, and duties of the Commission -

• (1) $178,023,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1990; and
• (2) $212,609,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1991.
