Policy Statement

Currently, under the latest amendment of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, there is a provision guiding economic policy for the government of Thailand. It states that the government must encourage an economic system under the free market mechanism. In this respect, the government has responsibility to create competitive environment in Thai region.
