1. Taipei High Administrative Court Judgment that Pacific Construction Co., Ltd. violated the Fair Trade Act by failing to allow buyers a five-day contract review period when selling pre-sale units
2. Judgment by the Taipei High Administrative Court against Fei Jia-jyun for improper issuance of patent infringement warning letters, constituting an obviously unfair practice capable of affecting the trading order, in violation of the Fair Trade Act
3. Judgment by the Taipei Administrative High Court against Hsian-An Enterprise Co., Ltd. for violation of the Fair Trade Law by selling gas equipment under false excuses of gas safety inspection and gas disaster prevention, which is a deceptive conduct sufficient to affect trading order
4. Supreme Administrative Court judgment finds that Kua Niu Tsu Realty Ltd. engaged in deceptive acts sufficient to adversely affect trading order in real estate brokerage transactions
