FAIR TRADE LAW
Article 25
In order to manage matters in respect
of fair trade as set forth in this Law, the Cabinet shall establish the Fair
Trade Commission, which shall be in charge of the following matters:
- preparation and formulation of
fair trade policy, laws and regulations;
- review of any fair trade matters
related to this Law;
- investigation of activities of
enterprises and economic conditions;
- investigation and disposition
of any case violating this Law; and
- any other matters related to fair
trade.
