1. North Coast Cable TV Corp. and Mangrove CATV Corp., and Yeong Jia Leh Cable TV Co., Ltd. and Shin Ho Cable TV Co. Ltd. violated the Fair Trade Law by failing to file merger reports
2. Nation Petroleum Corp. which controlled the business operation and employment or discharge of personnel of Formosa violated the Fair Trade Law by failing to file a merger report to the FTC regarding its intention to merge with Formosa.
3. UFO Co. Ltd. violated the Fair Trade Law by failing to file a merger report to the Commission of its control over the business operation and staff employment of the Broadcasting Corporation of China.
