1. Yuan Hsin Motor Co. Ltd. violated the Fair Trade Law and the Supervisory Regulations Governing Multi-level Sales by promoting "future-delivery vehicles" through its multi-level sales scheme
2. Stolle International Co., Ltd. changed its method for calculating commissions, bonuses, and other economic benefits and added new products for sale without first notifying the competent authority, in violation of Article 3(2) of the Supervisory Regulations Governing Multi-Level Sales enacted pursuant to Article 23(2) of the pre-amendment Fair Trade Law
3. Ch'ien Wei violated the Supervisory Regulations Governing Multi-Level Sales by engaging in multi-level sales without reporting them in advance and failing to inform participants of matters prescribed by law when they joined

Sheng T'eng Enterprises Ltd., Chin Hai Pao International Ltd., Wei Shih K'ang International Enterprises Co., Ltd., Fan Po International Co., Ltd., Chun Ho Industries Co., Ltd. , and Chu Fu International Enterprises Co., Ltd. failed to report to the Commission within the period prescribed by Article 25 of the amended Supervisory Regulations Governing Multi-Level Sales (1999)
