1. Labor Union Cooperative Ltd. violated the Fair Trade Law for misleading the general or concerned public to form mistaken beliefs
   
2. Yin Ting International Trading Ltd. ["YTIT'] was complained for misrepresentation as to the content of its product by using the name of "Chilean Canned Abalone" in violation of the Fair Trade Law
   
3. Weichi Steel Ltd. in its advertisement made misrepresentation in connection with the elevator facility installed in the Universal Fame Residential Complex, which was put on sale before its completion
   
4. The Lung Chii Construction Company continues to publicize untrue advertisements for the same building with two-layer apartments
