  1. Primary furniture exhibitors at the Taipei World Trade Center and the furniture industry associations of Kaohsiung City and County interfered with and restrained furniture-selling methods of individual enterprises by organizational manipulation and impaired market competition in violation of prohibition against concerted action in Article 14 of the Fair Trade Law
  2. The Taiwan Panchiao District Court requested for a determination of whether the external appearance of the "Hello Kitty" styling and changeable doll products are "symbols" as referred to in Article 20 of the Fair Trade Law; whether the styling of the "Hat Family Baby Bear" product is identical or similar; and whether manufacture, importation, and sale of those products falls under Article 24 of the same law 06/24/02
  3. Twenty-seven cylindered Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) distributors in southern Taiwan engaging in concerted action to raise fees for delivery and filling services and to raise the price of cylindered LPG in violation of the Fair Trade Law

  9. The Hualien County Liquid Fuel Trade Association was complained for alleged violation of the Fair Trade Law by uniformly fixing the unit retail price of natural gas cylinders among Hualien gas vendors
  10. China Airlines, Eva Airways, and Vietnam-based Vietnam Airlines and Pacific Airlines were alleged of acting in concert to raise passenger airfares on Chinese Taipei-Vietnam routes in violation of Fair Trade Law
  11. Shun Sheng Construction Co., Ltd. and 20 other enterprises boycott Taipei Water Department and the construction tender of its construction corps in violation of the Fair Trade Law
  12. The Chiayi City Trade Association of Eyewear and Timepiece Dealers demanded that all local eyewear dealers cooperate in a price cartel, in violation of the Fair Trade Law
