Law only when they have economic consequences or effects within the national
economy.

- To what extent are the actions of foreign citizens or organizations covered
by your competition laws for actions that take place inside your borders?
Since the FLEC makes no distinction between foreign and national citizens,
actions of foreign citizens or organizations are covered on the same basis
as those activities of our citizens and organizations as long as they have
economic consequences or effects within the national economy.

but affect markets within your borders?
According to the FLEC actions of foreign citizens or organizations are fully
covered by the law when their conduct affects competition in the Mexican market.
