Free Trade Agreements

The free trade agreements that include provisions on competition policy generally contain statements similar to those found in Chapter XV of the NAFTA, or of a narrower scope. The countries with which Mexico has these kind of trade agreements are Chile, Venezuela and Colombia, Japan, Uruguay, Israel, EFTA, EU and Venezuela (Caricom)

Bilateral Cooperation Agreements: Korea, Chile, USA, Canada and Russia.

Multilateral Agreements: OECD, UNTAD, WTO and APEC.
