As there is no specific legislation or policy on competition at present in Brunei, there isn't any over-arching body that reviews the issue of competition and anti-competitive behavior at the national level. Thus far, competition issues in Brunei have only been addressed on a sector-by-sector basis, where different bodies of authority are held responsible to monitor and regulate the activities of players in their respective sectors.
