We would like to present two competition cases of the Russian
antimonopoly body: the first one is the description of the case ˇ§Rosenergoatomˇ¨
against RAO ˇ§UES Russiaˇ¨ and the second one ˇV is the decision of Commission
of the Ministry of Russian Federation for Antimonopoly Policy and Support to
Entrepreneurship (Commission) concerning the case of infringement of the Russian
antimonopoly legislation by the limited liability company ˇ§Non-bank credit
organization ˇ§Western Union DP Eastˇ¨ (LLC ˇ§Western Unionˇ¨).
