Currently, Peru has negotiated or is in process of negotiating Free Trade Agreements with USA, Chile, Singapore and Mexico; which include provisions on competition policy. The provisions in these agreements include cooperation for exchange of information and notification of cases that affect the other partyˇ¦s interests. None of these agreements has been approved or entered into force yet.
