Judicial Cases

The Free Competition Commission has the power to resolve cases of practices that constitute an abuse of a dominant position or practices that restrain the free competition in markets. In facts, they can impose administrative sanctions for the infringement of the Legislative Decree No701. However, it does not follow any judicial actions since criminal practices are solved by the Judicial instance.
