Competition-related complaints are referred to the Competition Policy Advisory Group (COMPAG) by different parties, including government bureaux and departments and the Consumer Council. COMPAG looks into these complaints and the follow-up actions by the concerned parties. When necessary, it also gives advice to the bureaux and departments.
