International and/or Bilateral Cooperation Arrangements
Brunei is a member of the ASEAN Experts Group on Competition (AEGC) and is party to the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (AANZFTA) of which includes a chapter on competition policy.
