Summary:

The Hunter Area Health Service (HAHS) undertakes that:

HAHS will not, for a period of seven years from the date of acceptance, reinstitute the HAHS referral policy or similar direction without giving the Commission three months notice in writing:

¡P HAHS, to inform radiologists, agrees to send a letter to the Royal Australia College of Radiologists; and

¡P the HAHS will undertake training for Visiting Medical Officers and Senior Medical Practitioners about an agreed list of issues to be addressed.
